Lindsey, a seasoned healer and guide, weaves together traditional shamanic practices, spirit weaving, Reiki, sound, and storytelling to create customized healing journeys. Through Den Sessions, Dawn Journeys, and sacred rituals in between, you’ll be gently guided through your own cycle of hibernation and awakening — from fear, to stillness, to joy.
